More about build
  1. or should i just spend the money and go with
Intel 320 Series SSDSA2CW120G3K5 2.5" 120GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) priced @ 240
  2. The Intel 320 is not a very fast drive. An OCZ Agility 3 is the way to go. It's got 475MB/s writes and 525MB/s reads. Super fast and affordable.
  3. You are building a computer with the most current CPU and motherboard. Why would you add a 2nd generation SSD. IMO go with any of the current 3rd generations, Intel, Crucial, OCZ, Corsair. There's an improvement of from 3 to 6 gbs. You won't be disappointed in any.
There are some very good articles here at Toms. Read'em all. I noticed you didn't mention a HDD storage drive. I hope you plan on having one because that helps to preserves your SSD's performance and longevity. Good Luck man. Keep us posted.
  4. well what i did was i got a intel SATA II 80GB for my OS drive - i really wanted a crucial m4, but the price was a little high...

i have a 1TB in my system now that i am taken out and putting into the new system.
