Quick check - Non OC'd CPU-Z Ok?

Hey everyone,

New to CPU's and builds in general and just want to make sure these stats look okay for a non-overclocked i5-2500k.

I suppose my question is why is the Core Speed only 1596Mhz (Is it because it increases as needed up to 3.3?)

I plan on Overclocking, just wanted to check with the experts that it looks okay
