A good quality psu around 400w is all you need.

Good budget psu's of quality build i usually recommend is these two.

Fanless series is considered one of the best and I do tend to agree with you but considering he wants an AMD build most likely he is vying for a very budget build.

The Antec Earthwatts 380W PSU is excellent. It's actually made by Seasonic a top tier PSU manufacturer.

But be warned Earthwatts PSUs do NOT come with a power cable, that has to be bought separate(usually around 4.99)
