Dont underestimate when i say "Solid" it means a Quality psu.Great Efficiency, great protection and Build quality

Fanless series is considered one of the best and I do tend to agree with you but considering he wants an AMD build most likely he is vying for a very budget build.

The Antec Earthwatts 380W PSU is excellent. It's actually made by Seasonic a top tier PSU manufacturer.

But be warned Earthwatts PSUs do NOT come with a power cable, that has to be bought separate(usually around 4.99)

Antec EA 380D's are actually made by Delta hence the D on it. Still of great quality and build but nothing really is on par with seasonic stuff.
