Which RAM is better for my new build?

Hi All,

Just finishing my new build, and would like your opinion on RAM please. Which is better (i eill have 32gb for video editing/transcoding)

Is the Crucial Ballistix faster because the latency is lower?

i7 3770k
H100 cpu cooler
Asus p877v deluxe
Msi gtx560ti hawk
Xfx black ltd 1000w psu
Vertex 3 120gb boot drive
Seagate 3tb data drive
Bitfenix colossus venom case
Asus dvd/bd burner

Yes the Crucial is faster.

Sorry, forgot to add that the Crucial has 9 9 9 24 timing.

Would anything about the Corsair make it better than the Crucial?

Both are reputable companies and have been on the market for a long time. Both meet the specification for your lga1155 hardware. Quality wise they should be identical and offer lifetime warranty.

Thanks. Found Patriot G2 32gb kit with 1600Mhz and 9 9 9 24 timing. It's quad channel, but am told it will just run in dual channel on my asus p8z77 v deluxe mobo.
