Nvidia driver won't install on Z9PE-D8 WS

Error is "Required files are missing".

Asus motherboard Z9PE-D8 WS

It's a fresh Windows 7 install. 64 bit Ultimate.

The system recognizes the card but uses a default driver. Then I download the drivers from the Nvidia website and run the install. A few seconds later it gives the "Required files are missing".

No idea what's wrong.... Very frustrating...

By the way it's a Quadro 600 if that matters. Brand new.

And the system doesn't have a CD drive so I couldn't use the CD that came with the card to install the drivers. That's why I downloaded them from the website.
