System build or upgrade i got a q8200 stock 3gb ram 3450 ati

i want know if i should upgrade the quad or build an i3 2100 i only play games that i cant get on wii or 360 will the be enough with an 4000 ser ati card any help

With that quad core and card and no gaming at all on the PC. You really do not need to upgrade anything. But to answer your question you can run HD4xxx or higher series card. The only thing is if your PCIe x16 slot is version 1.x don't get a version 2.1card have had problems in older slots, version 2.0 works fine.
