I am building a gaming PC

Things I already have:

Case: Cooler Master HAF 942
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Corsair TX850

Things I plan on buying tonight:

CPU: Intel i5-2500K
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD5
Heat Sink: Undecided need help Cooler Master Hyper 212 looks good but will it clear my RAM?

Things I will buy later:
GPU: Undecided perhaps ATI Radeon 6950 (I have a temporary Nvidia GTX260 I will upgrade when I get more money.)

Please review this build and if you can answer my cooling question.
I plan on OCing to 4.0-4.5Ghz

its a good rig and hyper 212 can overclock 2500k to 4.5 ghz very easily with good tempratures.

+1. Sexy build, I wouldn't change a thing. And yes, you can fit the Vengeance under the 212+ with a little wiggling.

Only thing is that board is hella expensive. What's the reasoning behind it?

Well if you bundle it with the i5 you get $30 off. I can get both for $420. I just want a good quality board.
