About my new computer

I'm about to buy a new computer. Masters, whats do you think?
Mainboard: Biostar g31m7 TE
Processor: Intel e5500 2.8GHz.
RAM : DDR2 2G TEAM
and these in my table:
1 x Western Digital 80GB PATA
1 x Seagate 40 GB PATA

Notes: I dont have any SATA drvs so can I use 2 PATAs in Pararells?

Please give me advice for this profile.
