Atikmpag.sys what is this?

Hello, I keep getting the BSOD and it points to atikmpag.sys. I am running two HIS HD 3650 512mb cards x-fired. I get it with high end 3-d games like Just Cause 2 & Test Drive Unlimited 2. some other games too. I am thinking of upgrading to better cards, but I don't want to throw out two good cards. so any ideas what might be wrong?

Do you experience other symptoms before your computer blue screens and shows these screens? Have you tried going to other Catalyst versions? What version are you curtently using?
