Hey Guys and Gals, I am building my first Intel based computer and need to know if I am missing something, like a good but inexpensive graphics card. I have 2 Sapphire ATI HD 5770 already from another build. So this is what I got coming -

Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I72600K

MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Sony Optiarc CD/DVD Burner Black SATA Model AD-7261S-0B LightScribe Support - OEM

COOLMAX CUL-750B 750W ATX 12V v2.3 / EPS12V v2.91 SLI/Crossfire ready Modular and Compatible with Core i3/i5/i7 Power Supply

Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Noctua NH-U9B SE2 92mm SSO CPU Cooler

Thermaltake Armor A60 Gaming Mid-Tower Chassis With Cable Management Water Cooling SSD Support And Tool-Less Installation ...

Am I good to go? Will it best my AMD Phenom 965 build?

^Reason for switching to Intel ? If gaming, then I would suggest you not as the performance difference in games is not significant...
Also in few months time, AMD is going to release their new Bulldozer CPUs, also Intel will be launching their Ivybridge by next year start,...

I'd take different PSU, say Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, OCZ, Chieftec but not not known Coolmax. Then I'd switch your caviar black with Samsung F3 1tb. Next, pick different cpu cooler, like Scythe Ninja 3 or Coolermaster hyper 212. And then your ready to go!

I need one now is why I am going with the Intel. I have a Phenom II 965 setup, but want more speed. I am taking out my Sapphire ATI hd 5770's out of it and putting them in the new one. It should fly in crossfire.

^ Hmm,...but like I said these CPUs will be replaced by next year start by Ivybridge,...

As for the build, +1 for szymek's suggestions
PSU - The Antec TP is a very good option so use that one,...

HDD - The F3 1TB is as good as the WD Black but is cheaper,...

CPU Cooler - No issues with that cooler, but for say overclocks upto 4-4.2GHz, even cheaper ones like the Hyper 212+ would do fine,...
Or some other very good options -

But if you want to stick with that Noctua then its fine,...
