Is this enough?

I plan on adding a GTX 460 to my old HP computer and I'm wondering if this power supply is enough: Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-400 400W (I am able to get one for 39.99+tax)
I personally think it's just enough because it's got around 30A on the 12v rail, but I would like to hear your input.

My current system:
AMD Athlon X2 4200+(planning to upgrade to 6000+)
Asustek M2N68-LA
4GB DDR2 667mhz RAM
2 500gb Harddrives

Any help is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Also found this PSU: http://ncix.com/products/?sku=61534 (total of 39A on 12v rails)
Which do you think is better from the two?

eh, it is cutting it close, but I think it would work. I don't think the 4200+/6000+ takes more power than an X4, but I could be wrong. If it does, then I doubt the PSU would work, if it doesn't (like I'm guessing) then you should be fine.

As another option, the GTX460 is a power hog compared to the Radeon 6850.

I'm just a bit afraid that if I overclock the card a bit it might not be enough. I'm also worried because I'll have to use an adapter with the Antec while the Enermax comes with 2 PCI-E power connecters. Are you guys totally sure the Antec will work fine?
