So recently my house got broken into and my computer got stolen :'( and insurance has made me go to Harvey Norman (no idea if you guys have them in america, but its where you go when you wanna get ripped off when buying electronics haha) anyways we've talked them into replacing my computer with a custom build and this is what they've come up with

To be honest I mainly want input about the graphics, mobo, cpu and psu, and your thoughts.. will the 700watt be sufficient to run the GPU and what not.. anyway thanks for taking the time to look at it xD

700W will be plenty. I would hope they'd give you an i5 2500k instead so you can overclock and if they have the ga-ud3h-b3 mobo you would get the virtu software for quick sync. Otherwise looks like a nice "free" upgrade. gtx 580 is a beast.

Unfortunaly we couldn't really demand what we wanted, we were just given this quote and basically told take it or leave it, though like you said free upgrade so can't really complain, I'm sure I can upgrade the mobo and cpu within the next few months if needed but year.. was just really curious about the PSU and GPU working alright together.
