ah you edited in more stats ;) with those numbers I guess i'd personally only keep the 8800 in if I was serious about folding. Else, sell it & save up for that better cpu.

iS THE 8800GT WORTH IT?

A single Gtx 460 gives you over a 100fps.Thats increased by round 20fps when a Gtx 430 is used.
Now the 560 is faster. you already get above 100fps. Whats the use of the 800gt except for wasting power and producing heat. your 560 will do the physx and run the game over a 100fps on its own

OLD charts, second there is no quote of system specs in your post to compliment the charts quoted. Are you an owner of any of these cards to have done this personally your self? I think not. Rich kid listen look this up your self and experiment as I have done on my own dollar. I am fed up of people who think they know every thing but can only quote charts.

16 year old brats -_-

the 560 Ti can easily overclock to or close to 1000mhz gpu core
thus making it a little faster or equal to a stock clocked 6970 2gb card

Its powerfully enough to do the physx plus run the games with decent frame rates.
On that chart the gains was big coz ATI cards don't do physx not nvidia physx that is so the cpu will do the physx which the cpu is awful with X87 instructions.
Now the op got a nvidia card which can do the X87 physx. So your saying to run a extra gpu create more heat drawing more power patching up drivers for a possible 3fps with about 4 games.? Is that worth it? If it was a faster gpu doing the physx yes then maybe as shown at the top charts. The op can run the 560ti without patches without fiddling with anything plus get the physx effects without a problem.

Lets see you got around $1600-1800 USD in just three GTX 580 alone and the rest of your system is likely around $500-800~. So you being rich you most certainly can afford to purchase a gtx 560 and prove me wrong without going to other sources.
