Ordered the basics for my new build - Need help deciding on Mobo.

Okay guys... I am building a $1000 unit and so far I have purchased the smaller parts....

What I have purchased.

Case - Coolermaster HAF 912
Cooling - Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink AM2 AM3 LGA1366 LGA1155 LGA1156 120MM
Power Supply - OCZ FATAL1TY Series 750W ATX 24PIN SLI Ready Modular Cables 135mm Red Fan 80+ Bronze Power Supply
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Memory
Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB 3.5IN Sata 6GB/S With Ncq Internal Hard Drive Oem
DVD Burner - Samsung SH-S243D/BEBE 24X Black Dvd Writer Sata Oem

So I need to buy my CPU + Mobo + GPU

Here is what I'm going to buy for these parts

CPU - Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor
GPU - EVGA 012-P3-1571-KR GeForce GTX 570 HD w/Display-Port (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

I'm not sure which mobo.... I'm thinking of getting something with a Z68 chipset since those types allow you to overclock everything... Any suggestions? As well, when does the Bulldozer hit the market, I'm thinking that would drive down the price of the 2500k Sandybridge. Any input is welcome and appreciated. Just as an FYI , I'm thinking of the Mobo from Strikers build..

GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Any particular manufacturer or different chipset and for what reasons? Thanks Everyone.
