I believe you need the P55 chipset in order to overclock the Clarkdale and Lynnfield CPUs. The H55 does not support overclocking, so you are stuck at stock clocks unless you get another motherboard.

You need to enter the BIOS and increase the bclock 133 is stock
or you can use TurboV with the driver on the DVD support or the asus internet site

mine is 180 with 1333@ 1400mhz memory

3.2Ghz @ 4.150 on stock cooler
