it may be a sign of bad power supply or bad ram. i would start by taking 1/2 the ram out and see if it stops also use f8 safe mode to see if a driver issue. also see if someone has a power supply you can use for testing. if the computer wont go int othe bios and stay there is a power or heat issue.

Your safest route is to stop buying Asus boards.
Gigabyte and Intel have much better quality control.
