error:CPU 2 memory PG voltage out of allowable range

Encounter this error on a Dell PE R610, server will not POST. Has someone see this one before? how can I fix it? ideas? suggestions?

well it sounds like cpu2's memory has an issue, possibly shorted and draging the voltage down low.
