Multiple vga

Hello,

The shop attendant told me that it only has a VGA cable to connect it with your PC. I can connect it to a laptop via a HDMI adapter but how can I connect it to the PC? The existing VGA input is already occupied by the monitor. Any ideas? I'm also interested if I can see HD channels on it cause someone posted on a website that you can't...but it says "Full HD" in the specifications...doesn't make any sense.

The device has a pass-through. VGA Input 15-pin?D-Sub connector (pass through)
VGA Output 15-pin D-Sub connector

Means it goes between the monitor and computer and sends the signal along to the monitor.
