Is it safe to have both of these ramkits installed at once?

I just installed these two memory kits

G.SKILL Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9

on this motherboard

GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

Is that okay? Should I tweak any settings in the BIOS?

It's okay but remember that the 1600mhz sticks will be running at 1333mhz. Not that you should notice any difference outside of benchmarks
