Help picking a mobo for a i5 2500k

my budget is Around $130 for the mobo. I want a easy oc feature because I am new to pc builds. A easy bios, and if possible crossfire/sli. If you cant do sli for this price that is ok.

^^+1 I own the Extreme3 Gen3 and it's the way to go. Stable at 5.0 GHz with my 2500k, no problem.
