Hello,

i have a asus p8p67pro mother board
and i connected a h60 the only problem was the cpu fan slot has four pins the h60 has only 3 so i connected it to the power fan instead and now the asus software says its running at 4000rpm and im like HELP!!

Unplug the thing from the 3Pin power fan socket and plug it onto the 4 Pin CPU fan socket.
It fits fine and will work fine.
Just make sure that the Bracket on the socket matches the Notch given on the CPU Fan Socket and not force it onto the wrong set of the three pins there.
You will notice the CPU fan socket on the mobo does not have the locking notch in the center, it's in the center of three pins on the 4 pin socket. Make sure you connect it to those three pins.
