Hard drive ODD

Hello,
Hard drive icon is flashing in task bar. says click for ODD firmware check. I click icon but nothing seems to happen.

you can ignore it .... The ODD Firmware is software updater / live updater for Optical disk (CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, COMBO, RAM, SLIM, and etc.) that automatically upgrades the latest firmware version through the Internet.
you might not need to have the ODD Firmware Updater on your computer anymore. You can uninstall it with the Windows operating system's built-in uninstaller. it' easy to uninstall it.
