this is my first EVER build and I need some professional help to okay all the parts i have and if you have any suggestions for better parts please say. here's a list of all the parts.

I see.
I have absolutely no experience in computers and looking at your choice of products I see I should have definitely given this more thought. I understand your choice of CPU, graphics card and motherboard and thank you for your input.
also, why sandy bridge?

Sandy bridges are stronger CPUs, which benefits games that stresses the CPU more like RTSes and other general purpose needs.

For a pure gaming build, you can substitute the CPU with a 955 + 990X and move up to a GTX560ti or 6950.
