Hello everyone,

EDIT: Going to go with below advice and only spend 2000$ Thanks!

Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next 2 months

Budget Range: 2000$ before Rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Movies, Internet and possibly some web design/video editing. For the most part mainly gaming.

Parts Not Required: Keyboard and mouse. OS.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Anywhere reliable that ships to Ireland.

Country of Origin: Ireland

Parts Preferences: Prefer Nvidia and Intel

Overclocking: Whatever you think is best.

SLI or Crossfire: Whatever you think is best (guessing yes)

Monitor Resolution: 30" moniter

Additional Comments: Don't need any fancy lights or whatever. Looking for a PC that can play anything on ultra with lots of mods.

Thanks again.

$5000 is too much to spend reasonably today.

Budget $1000 or so for a 30" monitor; it will last you for a long time.

Next take $2000 and invest it for a couple of years. Plan on using it to replace or upgrade your build.

The remaining $2000 can build you a top of the line gaming machine for today.

Base it on a 2600K, sli GTX570 or GTX580, 8gb of ram, a SSD for the OS and apps , a Quality 900w psu,

Buy a glorious looking case, it will last you for several builds. Check out the lian li cases.
