Memory and CPUs

I have a Dell Optiplex GX 620 Mini Tower with 1 Gb memory (2 X 512MB). I want to upgrade to 4 GB. How do I find out what the Mhz is? The memory sellers and Dell specs say it's either 533Mhz or 677Mhz. How do I know which one? Is it on the memory cards? Please advise.

That computer uses PC2-5300 or stated another way, DDR2 667 MHz.
