Help me choose one of those motherboards for a gaming rig!

hi everyone, I'm building a new gaming rig in a week or two so i need help choosing one of the following z77 motherboards for my i7 3770k ,
I wanna know what's the difference between those models and mainly which brand is better Asus or Gigabyte ?

ASUS:

I would prefer the ASUS DELUXE because of better stability in overclocking, if your going to do any. It is probably cheaper too. If you like looks and have extra money, go for the Sabertooth. For Quad Sli go for the G1.Sniper3 because of it's extra slots. The Gigabyte z77x-UDH5 is just a downgraded board from the Sniper, though it does come with an included wifi card if that appeals to you. Good luck

Why do you need such expensive mobo? Is there something those mobo's have that these don't which you need?
