Bottleneck?

WEll I have a E5800 duo @ 3.2. will this make a noticeable difference in gaming? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115057. I will not upgrade the mobo for i have to then buy w7 again. Not happening. My setup is as follows


E5800 duo @ 3.2 ghz
4 gb 1333
GTS 450
500w PSu

(BTW this is a Inspiron 560. i just added the psu and gpu.)

The CPU's you linked are LGA 1156 socket, the MB you currently have (based on your processor) is an LGA 775.

you can *not* put a 1156 CPU in a 775 board.
