Chances of stability issues with GTX 560 Gigabyte SOC

I am going to be buying a GTX 560 which will most likely be the MSI Twin Frozr. However, I cannot seem to take my eye off the Gigabyte SOC GTX 560 1Ghz. I have been looking around at reviews and such that praise this card. But I have also seen quite often that these cards are coming with stability issues and that's why Gigabyte made the 950mhz card. Anyone know what the probability is of obtaining one of these 'faulty' cards?
