Is this a ok build?

Hi, im a noob when it comes to this stuff but i know a bit, so here goes. Im building a pc and wondering if this is an ok setup?

Looks decent apart from the 5400rpm HDD. Access times are slower on those than 7200rpm drives.

Yeah just what i was going to say, a faster RPM hard drive, and going with the 64mb over the 32mb would have been a better choice. Other than that it looks to be great, you should be able to do anything you want with it (atleast for a while)
Only other thing i could have suggested was a more powerful RAM. Though its not a big deal, going with a 1600 mhz or better set would have been a little better. Though you wouldnt have seen an improvement. Overall i like it
