Here's a build assuming you have a budget of 1060 USD and intend overclocking:

CPU : $220-i5-2500K( HyperThreading of 2600K is not of use unless you do Video Editing)

Motherboard : $145-Gigabyte GA-Z68X ( Cheap and supports SLI/Crossfire at 8X/8X )

Cooler: $30-Xigmatek Gaia or Cooler Master Hyper 212 from Amazon

HDD : $60- Samsung Spinpoint f3 1TB from Amazon

Case : $100- Antec Nine Hundred (It's your choice)

RAM : $75- (2X 4GB) Gskill RipjawX or Sniper if other is sold out.

OS : $100- Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit

Graphic Card : $250- HIS Radeon 6950 2GB from amazon as newegg reports sold out.

Power Supply : $65- Antec EarthWatts 650(Good, but insufficient if second card is added)

Optical Drive $20- LiteOn

Total : 1065 USD

If you have an OS, then the $100 saved can be used :
To get a 64 GB SSD Crucial M4($115)

OR

Upgrade Graphic Card to Sapphire 6970 ($350) or EVGA GTX 570 ($340). Both offer exceptional performance.

If things go over Budget :
Downgrade your Case to Cooler Master HAF 912 ($60) or Xclio NightHawk($70)

LOL, your mobo is missing. Please include it.

Motherboard : Asus P8Z68 is great. But the gigabyte motherboard is cheap and has features similar. you ca ncompare those two motherboard side by side in newegg to see the difference.

Graphic Card : MSI twinfrozer 560Ti is also great and has great overclocking ablities, but radeon 6950 is also a capable card. In some games, at higher resolution when all the features like AA, etc are turned up, the card may run out of video memory but the 2GB buffer in 6950 GB is more than enough for gaming needs.

GTX 560ti vs Radeon 6950 (It's a review though)

Anyway whichever card you choose you will not be disapointed.

An SSD is like an HDD but it has no spinning part. Its fast (and costly) as compared to a normal HDD. If you use it as a system drive (containing OS) it will help you to speed up boot times.
A 64 GB SSD like OCZ Agility costs around $130. You can save that much money by dropping the Cooler worth $30, getting a $50 Case, getting a cheaper motherboard like Gigabyte GA-Z68A worth $130, drop to 4GB RAM( MushKin Enhanced Essentials ) worth $42
That's a saving worth $128

its 1680x1050 or something like that. so the 2gb is better, and I can always upgrade my ssd when i get the money. Should i get the 2gbs if im botting on accounts? im using runescape i think which uses direct x.. u think the 2gbs is better, if so then i'll get it. I am going to be using runescape on multi accounts.

On that review it looks like the gtx 560 ti is better..
