Hi everyone, please help me with PSU selection for my first build :)

Parts already purchased:

CPU: i7-2600K

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4

Graphics Card: Gigabyte 1GB 6850 (non OC version)

Hard Drives: 2x 1TB WD Caviar Black 7200RPM 64MB Cache[/url]

RAM: 8GB (4GBx2) 1600 G.Skill Ripjaws-X

Parts not purchased, but selected:
Case: Cooler Master Centurion 5 II

Preferred Website:
I'm in Australia so it would be really really great if someone could pick a PSU from this website :)  :)
www.msy.com.au

I've heard a bit about modular PSUs, are they that great?
My budget for PSU is around $100.

Was thinking something like this: Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus RS-700

Thanks a lot.

^^+1 You really don't want to go with the RS-700, it's not that high quality.
