Bottleneck question...

1. will it be fine to SLI a couple of GTX 460's OC'ed sonic edtion with a C2Q Q8300 (2.50) ghz or my cpu will face a bottleneck?

2. if it gets bottleneck then overclocking it to 3Ghz solve the problem?

1) it will bottleneck how much depends on monitor resolution.
2) Yes depending on monitor resolution.

my monitor is benq E2220HD 1080p then it'll bottleneck even at 3ghz?
