Need HELP PLEASE

Hello everyone

I just recently finished building my mobo

Ones done i proceeded to turning it on and
it would show the boot options and turn off
then back on in a continuation.

A member on the forum told me to take out the
memory and leave one stick
or take out the video card and so i did.

Memory did not change a thing but as soon as
i took out the video card and turned on the mobo
this time it would stay on.

Problem is i cannot see anything on my monitor cause
the video card was providing the display.

I do not find and integrated display port on my mobo
all except for one named HDMI which i have no access to.

Can anyone help me out here???

Was it the video card that was causing this turning on and off
and back off???

I just want to add that the video card does display the bios for a few seconds then
the mobo shuts down and back on over and over.

BTW

i am running a gigabyte g1 sniper2 motherboard

and a Asus GTX 590.

More about need please
  1. Please list your power supply specs, including brand, model number, and the 12v rail rating. Use an esd strap before touching any more components, especially when handling them several times. It's much safer, and they don't cost much locally. Finally, be sure your video card power connection is correct. If you have a low end power supply, you may need to borrow a low end video card for testing only.
  2. Specs

    MOBO:Gigabyte G1 Sniper 2

    CPU: i7 3770 IVY

    MEMORY: CORSAIR Vengeance 32GB

    VIDEO CARD: ASUS GTX590

    POWER SUPPLY: 1000 WAT

THE MOBO IS ON MY TEST BENCH WITH ONLY CPU AND M/B
    POWER CABLES CONNECTED.

    HAVE SWAPPED COMPONENTS ALL AROUND

    TAKING THEM ON AND OFF

    VIDEO CARD OR NOT

    STILL BOOT LOOPS

    MEMORY OR NO MEMORY
1 MEMORY STICK 2 MEMORY STICKS IN DIFFERENT SLOTS

STILL BOOT LOOPS ON AND OFF ONLY SHOWING THE GIGABYTE LOGO
AND THE BOOT OPTIONS UNDER IT LIKE (F12) (DELETE) ETC.

EVEN WHEN THIS SHOW AND I PRESS THEM ON THE KEYBOARD NOTHING HAPPENS.

IT JUST KEEPS BOOT LOOPING ON AND OFF.

I TOOK OUT THE CPU CHECKED IT AND ALL THE PINS ARE FINE.

I AM SURE I PLACED THE CPU CORRECTLY.

    I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING
  3. Again, check the power supply label for the brand and 12v rail rating in amps. There are some flaky 1000w power supplies out there, believe it or not.
