Confused (24pin)

hello,
i started building my new pc, but im confused my 24pin has 2 ends, one 18pin and the other one is 10pin, which one should i plug or should i plug both of them and im using seasonic 860w.

thanks i need help asap.

i know they are labelled but the end of the 24pin (where you plug it in the psu) is splited into a 18pin and 10pin, should i plug both or just one?

thanks i was a bit hesitant, and is it fine to have the psu upside down(fan facing down, and btw i lost one of the hyper 212 evo screws, is it ok to only use 3 screws?
