CPU Help

I want to build a computer but I am having trouble deciding the right parts to get. I am using the computer to run Ableton Live, Protools, Toon Boom, Adobe creative suite, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Photoshop. I am in no way using this computer to play games. Now for the questions:

1. What CPU would you recommend? I was thinking of getting the i5 2500k.

2. What would be a good motherboard to go with the CPU?

In your opinion which is the better of the two? Also is there another model that you think would be better than these two? Thank you for your help

Also will the built in hd graphics 3000 be good enough for 2d animation and graphics or should I purchase a seperate video card?

Asus P8768 Pro it's better than gigabyte . All right HD 3000 just enough for play anything video. And still enough for photoshop, corel ( 2D) etc. but if. ran editing video you HD 3000 slow in preview 1Fps, that you should get graphic card GTX 560 or above and more better ran at min 8GB ram size.
Adobe very support with Nvidia. Also next get soundcard Audiophile

I saw ram is good, corsair vegeance, one of good ram, and case .. Find from cooler master like HAF 932 advanced. Maybe ?

Ok I looked up the graphics card and I was looking to spend less because I use the computer mostly for music. I dont plan on using it for 3d animation so I heard I dont need to go too crazy with the graphics card. Any suggestions on one less than $100?

id grab a 5670 or 5770 if you plan on gaming, even just a little
