Upgrading mobo...

Wanting to upgrade my mobo and cpu. Budget is $150-200 max. Need a micro ATX mobo and cpu for casual gaming.
Have a Cosair 430w psu to power it all. Also need to fit RAM into that budget as well if possible.
Was looking at: Biostar N68S3+ AM3 mobo
AMD Athlon II X3 450 Rana 3.2 GHz
G Skill Sniper 8GB DDR3 1333(PC3 10666)

Was wondering if these would work or if there are any better suggestions?

If you can purchase from newegg, check their daily shellshocker specials. Sometimes they have one with your parts in the $250 range; if you don't need them all, you can sell the leftovers.
