The Motherboard

Hi there guys, I have a MSI p67a-G43 motherboard at the moment. It doesn't have a usb 3.0 connector for my case's I/O front panel. Also its first PCI-E slot is too close to my noctua nh-d14 heatsink so I had to lower my gpu to the second slot. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a motherboard that will give sufficient amount of room from the gpu specifically and good for overclocking. My budget is basically 100-150$ but i could squeeze in a bit more.

MOBO - MSI P67A G43
CASE - Lian Li PC-9F
HEATSINK - Noctua NH-D14
GPU - EVGA GTX 670 FTW

Take your pick these are all solid mobo some are over 150 but not all hope this helps
