Video Card for Small Form Factor

I have an HP small form factor PC that I would like to use with a dual-monitor setup.

I've opened it up and it does have a PCIe slot but the width of the backplate is much narrower than I'm used to. The backplate is 6 cm (2.5 inches) wide as shown below in the (poorly taken) pic:

Is anyone aware of a video card that will fit this? It doesn't need to be powerful, it just needs to have 2 monitor outs.

If anyone can direct me to a page that sells such a card that would be helpful too. I'm in the UK btw.
