GTS 450 vs GIGABYTE EP31 DS3L

Dear Sir,

thank you for your great website and service
my motherboard is GIGABYTE EP31-DS3L and I want to upgrade my graphic Card from MLT Nvidia 9400 GT 128 BIT DDR2 to GIGABYTE 450 GTS 128 BIT GDDR5 if you know that :
- My Processror is Core 2 Duo E7300 Cache 3MB Freq : 2.66 MHZ
- RAM 2X2 = 4GB DDR2 bus 800
- HDD : 160 5400 rpm Hitachi
- Power Supply : FSB Group INC DC OUTPUT : 350W - AC INPUT : 2220 - 240 V~,4A,50 HZ

Do you recommend to Upgrade , do the power Supply is effeicient , do you think my motherboard is compatible with GIGABYTE 450 GTS , please advise.

Motherboard is compatible with the GTS450. The PSU is on the low side for a card that recommended is 400watts with 22amp available on the +12 volts. If you have the 22amps it probably will work though.
