My PC has a 2Gb DDR II RAM made by ADATA (DDR2 800(6)2G*16 U-DIMM)and now I want to extend RAM to 4 Gb by adding another 2 Gb RAM to my PC. ADATA is now unavailable in my place. But Transcend, Kingston etc are readily available. Please recommend a model that perfectly match with my existing ADATA RAM.

What kind of motherboard do you have? You could probably just find a whole new kit of faster RAM for about the same price as adding more. The question is, what RAM is compatible with your MOBO?
