Hello,
I hope I am in the right place to ask this..
I am a college student in a dorm, and I have a router plugged in to make my internet wireless. I have an HP and use Windows 7. The problem I have is that my internet constantly disconnects or says "no internet access" and when I try to reconnect it says it cannot connect. When I troubleshoot the problem it says there is a problem with the access point. The solution is to unplug the router, then plug it back in and hold down the power button until the buttons turn back on. This always fixes it, but it is happening about 20 times per day. How can I fix this problem so it won't keep happening?
Thanks,
Liz
