Im running on a Biostar TA790GX AM2+ mobo, a AMD 720BE with the 4th core unlocked @3.2GHz, 8Gb of DDR-800, and a Sapphire 6850.

My mobo supports crossX, and I can go to at least 12-16GB of RAM.

So should I keep this thing a while longer with a little more upgrading, or build a new one from scratch?

I mostly game on it with a little photo/video editing and some productivity apps.

I don't want to waste my money, it's a little hard to come by these days!

  1. Stick with what you have. No need to upgrade as your workload is pretty light. The HD 6850 could game well if you wanted, but no need to do much to that system.
