Monitor display shifts during games

Hey there.

I just built a new rig, here are the specs.

CPU - i5 2500
MOBO- Biostar TP67B+
RAM - 4 GB G Skill Ripjaws
HD - Samusung Spinpoint 1 TB
GPU- Sapphire 6870 1GB DDR5
OS- Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit

I am experiencing a shift in the display to the right about 1/3 during games. The right third of the display show up on the left, and it is also distorted and very blurry. I have used different monitors and seen the same issue, so I am nearly sure it is the graphics card.

I have tried updating drivers and setting the resolution to the native resolution. It only happens during games. Otherwise in Windows it is fine. I am playing Starcraft II, Dead Space, and Call of Duty MW2.

Anyone have any ideas?

Does you monitor have an Auto-Adjust fuction?
Are you using a DVI or VGA cable?

I have tried HDMI and DVI on both monitors. They have both had the same effect. I'm not sure if it does. I think there is a button to set the default. but it doesn't change the monitor shift.

Did you try unisntalling the drivers complety and reinstall?
Since it is a brand new build it is possible you got a bad card.Might have to RMA.
