Intel dz68bc or intel dz68db

Hi friends,
I am building my new pc after a long time. I am from India and I am finding difficulties to choose a motherboard pls help me to make a right choice.

I have decided for following build

I72600k Processor
Intel db68bc Motherboard
and gtx 560 graphic card Nvidia

But unfortunatly db68bc is not available here so vendors suggests me following mother boards

Intel DZ68DB
Intel DZ79SI

I want your opinion if DZ68DB I can use or not,

My main purpose of the new system:
I am .net programmer I have to work on visual studio.
I want to play every new game in the market
