Graphic Drivers

What is the most up to date program to remove old graphic drivers?

I do know i can just remove them in Program uninstalling, but i hear for example, when you switch from ATI to NVidia, there is a slowdown for your card unless you just reformated the pc or completely removed all graphic drivers.

When moving from ATI to Nvidia or vice-versa,it's recommended to do a clean install of your drivers,here's how
1)Uninstall the current VGA driver from control panel
2)Download and install the latest version of DriverSweeper(which can be found at guru3d)
3)After the driver unintallation is finished,restart and boot to safe mode
4)Open Driversweeper>click on ATI or Nvidia(whatever you own)>click clean and reboot
5)Boot normally to windows and install the latest VGA drivers for your new card.
