Unable to boot Maximus V Gene

Hello,

This is my new budget gaming PC:
Mobo: Maximus V Gene
CPU: i5 2500k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4GB 1600MHz
GPU: 2 x HD6850 CrossFireX

After assembling system I installed WinXP. Installation was successful. Now PC is not able to pass through WinXP logo screen at boot time. The progress bar of WinXP boot screen freezes for one second, then BSOD comes for half / quarter of second and PC restarts. After trying several times, same thing happens.

Please help me to resolve this problem.

Try booting with one ram stick at a time! XP only supports 4GB anyway and you should really think about going Win7 64bit.
What is your PSU?
