Hi guys, think i've made a bit of a bobo, just brought this

Didnt read the instruction etc, and i seems the only way to hook up to usb 3 is with the male connectors. Is there a option for this mobo that hooks the male connectors on the mobo, will i have to run them from the back or is there a way i can change the male connector to a mobo connector??
