Quick question: which card performs better?

ASUS ENGTX460 GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB (overclocked to 700Mhz):

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121390&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=683153&SID=

or

EVGA GeForce GTX460 SE 1GB:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004DKWLB4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER

About the same price but I can't tell which is better (not too experienced here). Also, if there anything in this range anyone knows of that is a better deal I'd love to hear it. I'm going to buy one in the next day or two.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
you can find 5850 for 150$ on tigerdirect, it's best bang for buck under 200$ right now, probably GTX 460 SE/ 768MB won't be even close to be as good as 6850 on that resolution, NOTE: 5850 is even better than 6850
The 1GB version performs all the way better compared to the 768 MB version at the cost of slightly increased power consumption (nothing much to worry about though).. And that is a very good price for a GTX 460 1GB card.. However, if you can access newegg, you can get better deals..

SE - smart edition = lower clocks, worse performance, less OC headroom, 768MB version would perform better than 1GB SE, but i'm not sure if the 768MB one you listed isn't an SE also, i thought the original clock is 700 on both 1GB and 768MB and if it's OC then it's probably SE, so my vote is 1GB

PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V

The rest: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 555 Processor (2 CPUs) 3.2GHz, MSI 785GT-E63 Socket AM2+ 785G ATX Motherboard, 3840MB DDR2 RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4200 (Integrated)

I built this a few months ago (with a little help from this awesome site) but never got a dedicated video card (busy with school anyway).

^there was a great card on newegg, Powercolor 5870 OC to 950 with water cooling, but not anymore...

that link doesn't open for some reason, but if it's Sapphire Xtreme, then it's the one i meant...
