Gtx280 ftw failing?

So, when my computer is not at it's native resolution of 2560x1600, I'm getting these red and green lines all over the screen (part of the graphics, but they aren't supposed to be there, not random lines or anything). As long as I'm at 2560x1600 it runs, fine, and that's mostly what I'm always running at, but not on load screens, or bios, or older games etc.

Any help?
