Which graphics card is better for gaming in order?

I know theses aren't meant for gaming but I can live with a low resolution and decent settings. Just asking which one is BETTER overall. Thanks.

just go straight for the one with DDR3. the other two will have same performance. the difference in amount of VRAM will not result in performance difference.
